We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and Switch. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take up to eight days.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for them, and we will refund any money already paid. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products when added to the shopping cart. More information on packaging and overseas postage can be found on our 'Shipping and Security'
We send our items every day from Monday to Friday. In general, parcels go out within one day of receiving cleared payment. Any orders which arrive after Noon on Friday or over a weekend will go out on the following Monday. Although we hope you will not feel it necessary, you always have the right to cancel if you cannot wait for delivery.
Once we have delivered the goods to your door you are responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and parcels usually require a signature. It is very unusual for our parcels to be damaged in transit, or the incorrect good supplied, but if such situations occur, we always refund or replace. On occasion we may require a photo of damage caused in the mail system, so we claim for the damage through postal insurance.
We guarantee all games, handhelds and consoles to be fully working on arrival (unless listed as non-functioning). We bench test all the hardware we sell, so generally problems with consoles and computers we sell are very rare, but we do guarantee them for three months after receipt. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance is not covered. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be withdrawn.
