Yes, we've entered the twilight zone! It's an insane price for an INSANELY RARE console. This 2001 Japanese Limited Edition RX78 version of the Sega Dreamcast console was only available with from Sega Direct in Japan and limited to just 78 Units - making it one of the rarest consoles ever put into production. To date, only a handful of these consoles have emerged into the market, the last one was eight years ago, when it was sold for nine thousand dollars. As we all know, the market has moved on significantly since then.
This console is based on the Gundam series, the colours designed to match the robot's metal chest plate. The limited edition number at the rear of the console confirms this is number 22 of 78.
Complete in Perfect - UNUSED condition. It's amazing to see a twenty year old console in brand new condition. It has never been played - we took it out of the box for the first time for the photos. All cables, manuals, disc are still sealed in their original packaging.
Outer box is also like new, very close to 10/10 with all inner packaging. Amazing!!
