1980 Electronic LED Tabletop game with a very groovy case design. Plays a version of Basketball featuring three levels of skill.
This example of the game is in Excellent, fully tested condition, close to 10/10. Lovely example and it includes battery cover and instructions on the base.
The outer box is quite worn, and tatty, 6/10, and only includes one of the poly inners.
LED Electronic games dominated the toy industry between 1977 and 1983. They use light emitting diodes to create displays made of lights. Later LED games use vacuum formed displays, which allow detailed coloured sprites to be animated on-screen. Today handheld and tabletop games rank amongst the most valuable and collectible retro game formats.
